Hi guys I'm new here but long time reader, I am currently trying to fit an MY1020 motor to a little 20" folding bike and just cant find the right sprocket for the motor, I did buy a #410 sprocket that fit the motor shaft but the roller size is different and I am aware that you need at least 11t to avoid binding and noise. I have done the speed/gearing calculations and do not need a jackshaft or 2 stage gear reduction, just going straight from 11t motor sprocket to cassette on wheel hopefully using the standard #40 bike chain as I think its easier adapting motor to the chain size than using custom sprocket on the wheel, maybe I'm wrong and if you guys have a better idea I would love to hear about it. Thanks :)

Update.
I have decided to disassemble a rear wheel cassette off an old bike and grab the smallest gear and weld it onto the sprocket i have that fits the motor, hopefully centered properly.
