5v circuit dead on kelly controller

The 5v circuit for hall sensors and throttle seems to be dead. Any ideas on why this would have happened or ways around it. I had the controller on 1 motor and swapped it to another motor and I started getting identification error/hall error. When i go into the app all 3 halls are active even if i turn the motor.

Any ideas would be much appreciated
