A-Lines Abound: First ride after some major changes

Recent picture.

The biggest changes since… whenever are:

1. Battery is now in the frame triangle, and

2. The rear fender, which I designed and 3D printed (it's only 2/3 done, but does a pretty good job as is.

I'm still learning Fusion 360, so this was pretty difficult to craft. The first 1/3 section is hollow, and is just about large enough to house the motor controller (which is currently mounted in the black box on the seat tube). So I plan to move the controller there some day, make the bike look cleaner.

Just be sure to include a way for the air to pass somewhere so the controller don't overheat.

I bought a FDM Tronxy 500 printer 3 month ago and I am still looking for a material that stick well on the glass bed and is easy to print + resist the heat from outdoor Sunlight.

What material did you used for this print?

Eventually, I will kick myself in the butt and move those battery to the center frame as you did.
