Hi,

I think this is probably the only way to get the charging stations networks going. So far, I have just been waiting for someone to do it. If you love EVs like me, please look at this link and maybe share it around: http://igg.me/at/electricmobility/x/6758617

Or in a walmart parking lot. Retailer would charge a small fee to cover the cost of electricity and a little more to make a profit but also would atract customers. Im sure it wouldnt be to expensive for them they already have a large lot. Start with 5 stations in a far end of a parking lot. Add more with time as needed. With time it could be a new cash cow for the retailers.

No one has yet come up with a plan to enable RV parks as alternative charging stations.

My plan for cross-country (in North America) includes a way to take advantage of the 30/50 Amp service, providing a means to recharge whilst on the road. The only other viable alternative I have seen put forth are the EV charging stations registered on Google, and of course Tesla.

https://maps.google.com/ Type in the search box "RV Parks"
https://maps.google.com/ Type in the search box "charging stations near <city>"

Charging ahead, KF

(Sorry, haven't read your link. Any chance a group of ebikers in anytown, wherever, might chip in $$$ and start their own expanding network of "hot swap" batt packs stations?)
