Sounds like you DONT have a virus but spyware that reports you having a "virus" I had very similar few weeks ago on clinets pc...in reality you have browser HiJack spyware, harmless but annoying... Google "The Exact" message received and you will find a heap of hits telling you what spyware it is and what app can be used to remove it...I recommend Spybot or Spyware Doctor myself.

AVG antivirus i have used for few years now find it excellent.

It's just another signature spammer. They do this all over the place. Google part of their post and you'll probably find it is a copy/paste of somebody's real post somewhere else on the web, and is probably being used to spam dozens or hundreds of forums.

Yeah i half gathered that after i replied buddy, tiz a common issue though so the solution i suggested may help others...
