Hi.

I'm wondering what you battery pack builders out there are buying.
Samsung 29E or Sanyo NCR18650GA.
The 29E (http://ru.nkon.nl/rechargeable/18650-size/samsung-inr18650-29e.html) is cheaper than the Sanyo cell (http://ru.nkon.nl/sanyo-18650ga.html) but it has more capacity though.
Anyone with experience with these cells? What is better? :D

This is for 14s pack 4p or 5p not decided yet.
Motor is BBS02 750W.

What is a good BMS for 14s? This one is on Aliexpress http://www.aliexpress.com/item/14S-lithium-battery-protection-board-48v-lithium-battery-pack-BMS-30A-continuous-60A-peak-Discharge/1741119929.html not sure if any good. Could be OK though.

They're both rated for a 10A discharge, about 3C, best used at 1C or less. IIRC the controller for that kit is 35A max, so either way you need at least 15ah of either to be safe. If you have to use 18650 cells, ones with higher C rates would be better. Samsung 25r's are rated for 8C. If charge time is a factor, they're both rated for ~0.5C charge.
