Already soldered cells?

To refurbish a 14.4 V Bosch battery pack, I'm looking for four 18650.
I'm quite surprised the cells are not protected and don't have a BMS (just a heat sensor). Out of the four, two were dead (0 V and 1.5 V), two above 4.2 V (around 4.65).

Anyway, I'm thinking I could just replace them but I'd like to buy four that would be already be soldered together to save me from the hassle. Any idea of a supplier?

Bosch 18v HC slim packs have 5 18650 Lithium cells in series in one row. So You could just remove 1 so it would be 14.4v.. Just make sure that your used cells are lithium not NiCad cells

Won't the 18v pack be more expensive than...say...the 14.4 pack?

I might have found a bloke in France willing to do it.
