Any Kelly Gurus Out There?

Any Kelly guru's out there? I engaged anti skid (KLS-7212S) and seems like my controller inst switching on now (no Led's or dive to motor).

I did around 10 miles and it was fine and seemed to assist breaking after a period with no throttle input. TFT 750C display is working but showing error 30H (which is weird as on the same juliet connector, both the bluetooth and RS USB Comms dont work) .

I have disconnected all wiring apart from battery to controller and power to controller. All wiring seems good with no damage or moisture. 84V measured on the controller board.

I expected to see 5V to the throttle but there is no voltage on the throttle cables (at the controller end).

Would the 5V rail be down and would this cause the Kelly to not power up? or any other suggestions to fault find this controller?

Unplug TFT. Apply power, what does LED Code flash?

There are no LED lights on the controller. They do not flash up anymore.

With only the controller power connected (Pin 7) -
82V seen at Pin7
0V @ Pins 4/5/11
Also between red and black on the Comms connector shows 0V

Any ideas?
