Anybody got Ping batteries shipped to Canada?

I have a PING 48volt 15Ahr battery, and i live in Victoria B.C. I didn't experience any hidden charges, customs or brokerage etc. It took about 3 weeks to get here...and it was in perfect condition.

A year an a half ago, ordering a ping, my wife was giving me the " you moron" look, and I sweated for a long time waiting out the delivery. Tracking appeared right away so I knew something was sent :D But then there was no tracking whatsoever the entire three weeks it took to show up. USPS tracked it as delivered the day after, but the whole time it was in customs, it was in untracked limbo.

So don't sweat it, Ping is the man, and your battery will arrive. It just might not track till the day it hits your doorstep.

600$ is a lot of cash (for me at least). I would have never ordered if not for all the positive previous experiences of forum members. Thanks to the few who had the guts to do the first orders and reported back here.

Before this, the only thing I ordered directly from China was a few 12v remote control batteries for a whooping 1.50$ (and they showed up!)

Yep I've gotten two orders from PING already here in Canada. One got mistakenly sent to the US and Mr Ping promptly fixed it. Would definately order again.

I just got my Ping Battery last week. I'm in Scarborough Ontario. No duties added. Packing in top notch! Ping is a seasoned pro and knows how to pack a 20 lbs LifePO4 nice and secure. Tracking was next to useless as the postal service does not update, as mentioned above.

Totally 100% confident in Ping's product and service. :D

Cheers!

Norman
