I have access to a Bridgeport mill and was thinking about making my own spacer so the rear caliper clears the hub motor. Anyone done this?

Or just use some washers under the disk, cut up some sheet steel, endless options.

Are we talking about rotor spacers - as in shims?

There are two that I found on the market:
Syntace Disc Shims Bag of 8
Problem Solvers Centerlock Adaptor for 6-bolt Rotors with Lockring

On the last item - I could buy just the spacer by itself.

It's good to have a bag of the shims handy when mounting up a rotor to a 9C hub. Though sometimes I need more than two shims, so I go with the thicker spacer that's about 2 or 3mm thick. I'm pretty sure I got mine from Problem Solvers - though couldn't find it listed.

Mine I fashioned out of metal laminated plastic using a couple of hole saws, a drill press and the disc as a template. Easy

I need to make my own disc brake mounts for clearance issues. Got excited in my haste thinking this was the same request.
