ASI BAC 855 controller BT app problem

I go to bacdoor and found the app but need credentials and it wants to know password ? I don't have a password and can't reset ?
What are credentials ?

Ask for it from the dealer

I did ask him he seemed actually confused he said it's a Canadian app not his app but he will Skype me today probably about four or five

Ok got though the flog and he will send me a new controller cable for BT I think in 1-2 weeks and did give me his code. But why would he give me the code in the first place ?
