Astroflight 112D meter fails! Help!!!!

Uh oh! The meter on my trusty charger has just started reading in square blocks! Occasional numbers. Could I use my new Whattmeter to tell watts going on. Would I put it in series or // with the charger? This is for Nicads or NiMh only. The charger cut off and charge cycle work fine!

I use my watts up meter all the time with my Battery charger.From the charger out to the "source" side of the Watts up + to + and - to - then the "load" side of the Watts up to the battery + to + and - to -

Edit: as long as the voltage doesn't exceed 60 volts for the Watts up meter

Email Astroflight customer support, when mine has had faults in the past, they have always been helpfull and sent replacement parts.

Thanks Jozzer! I did and they said to mail it in! I know their customer support is quite good, but I cant give up my only Nimh charger until i get more batts!
