Thought I could share something I did for demonstrating of A123 lifepo4 cells that were supposed to be used in our hydrogen car

Wanted something that could let me replace cells and have total control over the pack, and look good so we can get more budget for our next projects lol.
The batteries can be slided out of the contained once you open it's lid.
You need to unscrew two screws and loosen one screw to remove one cell, I think it can be done by loosening two screws only without needing to remove them.
Problems with the design that I have noticed:
Forgot to fix the nuts onto the acrylic that are inside the cooling area and are impossible to reach, ended up gluing them.
It takes bloody hours to set it up and it's like defusing a bomb as cells shouldn't touch each other.
Needed thick tabs in order to compensate the losses.

The clear plastic case does look pretty nice but I guess you have to work on those connections at the end of the cells. Are those metal strips actually tab welded to the ends of each cell? And what's the large holes on the ends of the box. Is it for some kind of forced air cooling?
