Bafang 8 fun rear hub motor clutch needed 250w

Hi all,

I am looking for a clutch for the above I am not sure of the hub model as dont have a number on it.
The clutch has the number HL1108 on it and it come off a byocycle chamelion about 2 yrs old.
I shall look further when time permits to see if I can find what hub it is.
Does anyone know where I can purchase one please.
Pref in the UK but no worries if not

Just FYI, that's not a clutch, it's a gear set.

if it's one of the smaller bafang motors, you need this one: http://www.bmsbattery.com/accessory/635-gear-set-for-bpm-bpm-cst-motor.html

Post up a few pictures of the actual motor and we can help you identify it.

I bought the replacement for like $50 from amped bikes. Feel like I got ripped off after seeing BMS has something similar (if not the same) for $14!!

Don't feel ripped off. Add in shipping from BMSbattery and you'll likely be well over $50. That's how it goes when buying things from China… it's a shame.

You can also get them from Greenbikekit.com where the shipping should be a bit less. I see you're in UK, in which case you can get them from Wooshbikes in Southend for £13 including shipping. Give them a call. Make sure you specify 28 teeth because there's a 36 tooth set as well.
