Bafang BBSHD error 11 fault with temperature sensor inside motor

I have this error on my bbshd :fault with temperature sensor inside motor. Motor have done 3000km. All connection are checked and good. I did also flash controller,no help. PAS and throttle works fine but motor gives only about 500kw. Any suggestions?

One more thing is happening. Sometimes when I push throttle it cuts the power and shows 0% on display for battery.After restarts its fine again. Can it be something with battery?
