I recently got a Flipsky 75200 V2 controller for my Bafang BBSHD. I wired everything together, and it seems to function, but I’m having some issues. When I configure the throttle in the VESC app, I set it to "current," yet the throttle acts like an on/off switch instead of providing a progressive power increase. For the motor configuration, I set it to "large outrunner" and have a 42:32 chainring ratio with 27.5" (700mm) wheels. However, when I check the stats page with this setup, it shows a speed of 400 km/h, which is obviously incorrect; I’m actually going around 32 km/h.
Thanks in avance for the help.

Have you made sure your throttle outputs sensible values in VESC tool throttle setup page?
Yes i finally got it sorted out, thanks for the help, for anyone with this problem, the speed thing was that the filpsky treats your motor as a skateboard motor so you have to take into acount your internal motor reduction (21.9:1) for the bbshd, and the throttle was that i had to set up the input more presicely.

Could you share pictures of the wiring diagram, especially the hall sensor wires?
When I searched the internet for that a while ago I couldnt find anything

And i have another question how can i setup the throttle so that when i give throttle to the motor the chain doesn't kick so hard?
Thanks in avance
It may take me some time to find the reference, but I think I read somewhere here on the 'sphere, someone set the controller up to output like 0.1 amps at zero throttle, so not enough to move the bike, just enough to take up all slack from motor to cassette.

Or are you saying the throttle is too sensitive? you can adjust the throttle curve in vesc-tool.

Does the flipsky turn into square wave instead of sine wave without hall hooked up. That would also give you more radical power.

Does anyone know where I can find information on wiring up the flipsky 75100 pro v2 to bafang bbshd? I also mostly use pas when riding is it possible to have pas functioning properly when hooked up to bbshd ?
Thankyou very much if your able to help me out guys.
