Hello group,
I m new to ebikes. But i bought one yesterday pics attached. But it has some problem. Looks like wire connceting throttle had some issues and it was cut and reconnected by regular connector, not original, maybe throttle was replaced.
So now i have to turn on battery, then disconnect throttle line, ( if i won't disconect it it shows error 4 means throttle not in 0 position, shows 1 when turns on) after that turn on display press minus to move on screen from speed 1 to 0, after that connect back throttle and then i can ride. But if lets say i ride on speed 2 and stop i have to move from 2 to 0 manually by pressing minus, if not motor still spins.
Tryin to get it back to work how it supposed to be. Screen Bafang c961 controller 8FUN , also if someone knows where i can buy original throttle and wire from controller to screen and throttle. Looks like its 8fun wire with 8 pin going to split to 5 pin for screen and i assume 3 pin for throttle. Thinking maybe it will fix problem. If anyone knows or can suggest how to solve it i will be grateful. Also if you can suggest online store for such wire.
Bike is E grizzly front wheel drive 1250w. Pics of wires and bike attached.

Hi,
I will add more pics now. By the way do you know where to buy new wire? Or maybe i can swap for different controller? Controller 8fun serial number wzke4825-z01 pics attached

If your FWD front hub motor is correctly connected to your controller, we need a close up picture of the controller, presuming it is externally mounted, with model number and connectors in question.

Whatever image you posted isn't showing.

Hi,
I looked at this wire, problem is my brakes dosent have connection, it just regular disk brake.
Do you think if i install this wire (it will fit) but leave 2 breaks wires unconnected (because i dont have harness where to connect them) it will work fine? It i need to find exact wire with out 2 brake connections? My wire 8 pin goes to controller, then 5 pin green goes to screen and 3 pin yellow goes to throttle.
Thank you

Thank you for all information you provide. So i ordered bew throttle and wire that you have on pic. Should be delivered sunday.
It would be great to connect brakes to controller, so it will shut off motor when break. But how can i do it? I attached pics of breaks that i have.

Here is pics

Thank you for advise, i m ordering cut off sensors. 1 more question, i have bafang c961 screen, Its black and white, if i buy another bafang screen, something nicer looking, at least colored. will it work with existing system? Or it needs to be programmed?

Sounds good. Will upgrade display. TodY wire came, new throttle coming tomorrow. I removed old wire and install new one. So far i have same problem, if i turn on display, its shows that it is already in 1st speed on screen. So if tomorrow i connect new throttle, most likely will be same problem, and will show Error 4. Will have to unplug throttle, lower to O speed, then reconnect. Do you think its a problem in controller module?
