Bafang G310 helical gear tilt orientation

Hello,

I burned the nylon gear of my Bafang G310. I have just received a repair kit from Ali* and surprise, the tilt orientation is wrong.

The motor is from ebikes.ca, it was referenced MG310. Does this seller is known to produce customized part ?

Anyone know where to buy the repair kit with the helical correctly oriented ?

Not sure there's anyone making nylon gears for modern bafang motors besides bafang, so an authorised bafang retailer is likely the only option.

Grin doesn't carry the spares?

I'm guessing by "burned" you mean melted? Presumably using throttle? At what power level?

Contact Grin. Yes they do custom stuff to motors to make them better. Even If they dont carry parts they will probably at least point you in the right direction.

@glennb yes, I mean melted.

Unfortunately Grin hasn't this part anymore. Apparently they will stop selling the G310 motor.
