Bafang m500 problem error 30

Hello. I'm new here and wondering if anyone can help me with troubleshooting. I bought a bike with the error message "error 30". I have checked all of the cables and connectors. engine is Bafang m500, panel is DP C230.c and battery is BT F03.450.UC. everything is with CANbus. Is there any way I can test the components? Does the battery need to be connected to CANbus or can I test with another battery without CANbus? What is the minimum that must be connected to test the motor and panel?

I live near Oslo (Norway) if anyone can help
