Bafang M620/G510 CAN motor PAS problem

Hey guys, I need help. I have just assembled my new ebike with Bafang m620/g510 CAN motor, but motor doesn't behave normally. Throttle works, but PAS is not working when I pedal. There are no any error codes on the Bafang DPC15 display. I checked the all cables, speed sensor works (showing the speed when I turn the rear wheel) and everything seems ok. I had never went out for a ride with this ebike, so practically motor is new, unused (bought it from the Ebay about 3 months ago). I don't know what could be the problem. Is it maybe torque sensor or some other sensor or motor controller ?If you have some solution, please let me know. I will appreciate it so much.

No error codes and everything plugged in seems to rule out quite a few possible issues.

To knock out some simple possibilities first:

- Guess you did select some moderate level of pedal assist during the ride? Possibly zero or low level might be giving too little assist to feel.
- Have you confirmed everything is plugged in and all connectors firmly seated inside the motor as well as external? Though I'd expect if not, this would still set an error code.
- Confirm firmware version supports PAS and any adjustments are 'favorable' for PAS? Example if firmware was loaded with some improper settings .... say something like 'max assist amps' was set to 0, that might cause PAS to be inoperable.

Thank you for your suggestions. I checked all the cables and selected PAS level 3 out of 9 levels, and later tried higher levels, with no result. Maybe it is software problem (maybe PAS level is somehow blocked).I have CANbus motor and I don't know how to diagnose and adjust the motor without the BESST tool which I don't have and I don't know anyone who knows a lot of Bafang M620 motors in my country (Croatia , Europe). If it is UART motor it would be much easier (I used software for UART Bafang BBS02 motor, and it was really easy to adjust just about anything).
