Help
I finally most of my e-bike kit arrived from BMS Battery , unfortunately they forgot to ship a throttle so I am a bit hacked of . Their reply was we will ship you one with your next order or refund my $1 !!!!!!! Anyway moving on .
Everything works ok using the pedlec crank sensor . I bought a thumb throttle from Alien Bikes but it doesn't work , I also attached a 4k7 pot and this works in a fashion so I can safely say that the controller is ok . I have opened up the thumb throttle expecting to see a resistor " volume type inside " but all that in there is a magnet and some kind of sensor the wires are red , black and white and have tried connecting
Red - Red
Black - Black
White - Green
Q is this a hall effect sensor ? will it work with my Controller ?
I should add I am not having a go at Alien Bike as there communication and advice about battery's has helped along the line . Just he didn't sell what I wanted .
