I have a diy build ebike with a rear swxh bafang and a lyen programable controller.
All was ok but I decided to wash my bike. No pressure was, just water and very gently and after that two problems
A noise started coming from the rear wheel, only when I am on the bike, not when spinning the wheel on air or without weight. It looks like spokes but. Why after washing? started one and more and more spokes are clicking.
Second and biggest problem is that after washing everything was ok but after that now the motor is not working.
It starts when I pedal (PAS only, no throttle) but after 1-2 seconds It stops, with or without load and doesnt start until I stop pedaling and I start pedaling again
I cheched the hall sensors in the motor with a polimeter and everything seems to work ok all 3 wires move from 0-5 when spinning the wheel backwards.
Maybe the PAS sensor or controller ? I am about to open the controller to see if there is water inside but Its a pain in the ass.
