Battery case basics

I thought I had done my homework but when I received my frame pack from Emax Bikes out of Australia, I realized I had no idea how to do the basics like mount the case, connect to the charger etc. Before purchasing, I did look into how many Ah I needed and what cells I wanted but the real hands on stuff is missing. I guess I assumed that the pack would come with a manual.

Can anyone help get me started? Looking at the web address stamped on the case I think I have this (http://ksreention.com/product/detail/41) case. The company page identifies it as an Atlas-DA-I. My most pressing questions are about charging it, and mounting it.

Okay, I feel a bit sheepish about this but with about 5 minutes of tinkering I was able to figure out the mounting situation. The two keys lock it on to the frame. Included in the small bag with the keys was a fuse, perhaps a spare. I need a razor to pry open the fuse cover to check if one is already in place. That leaves the charger. Emax included a Sans Li-ion Battery Charger. I am going to go that company's website to find out about charging.

So basically I am widdling away at my own questions and feel silly for asking them but I couldn't figure out how to delete my original post. I am still curious about the power button on the pack and the one on my handle bars. Does one override the other? I would assume the one on the pack needs to be on before the one on the handle bars will power on the controller.
