Are you really regularly pushing the pack to 10Kw? If so that is probably not a good idea. Although the cells are rated at 20A max continuous, that is in ideal conditions and is usually when there is a temperature cutoff usually around 70-80C. If you are regularly drawing 10Kw from that pack, that is 20A a cell and that wouldn't be recommended for normal daily use. Decrease the current draw or add more cells in parallel and maybe you will have fewer problems.
