Hi everyone.

I have just started an offroad 'E Scooter' build and need some advice ! The final product will be something that resembles the Works Holburn scooter. I have the wheels etc and half way through finishing the frame which is the easy bit but..... im in a bit deep when it comes to the battery, controller and motor. I am after good torque over speed so happy with 30mph tops. I have been looking at the below set up but unsure about the battery amps etc .... what do you think ?

Scooter weight - 60kg rough estimate
Rider - 100kg

72v 35ah 50a continous (cant physically go any bigger) but need advice ! 300 × 240 x 80 again rough space

QS 138 70H 3000W Mid-drive BLDC Motor with 428 Sprocket and Sine wave Controller

Should I be concerned about the controller demanding too many amps from the battery... .. ? Im hoping you guys could help me ! Or advise a good set up.

Thanks
