Battery powered snow machine: a physics failure?

My question is why won't this work?
I don't believe it will function beyond the time it takes the vehicle to reach steady state ambient below zero.
Will frozen below zero battery packs work? I doubt it.

LTO chemistry is known to work well in extra-low temps. I dont know if it would work well for this, but it would be my first experiment.

It is possible they are anticipating that users of these will do the same thing they commonly do for the lead-acid batteries in their ICE vehicles: plug the heaters mounted to those batteries into a wall outlet to keep them warm and ready for operation.

This presupposes the charging system for the battery includes a heating system as well, which it would need to have to ensure the user is never charging a frozen battery (since the user will never be checking for that; they're just going to plug them in to charge and then unplug and ride, which is all they should *have* to do).
