BBS02b 48V 750W with bottle type battery

A BBS02B draws 20-25A at full power. That battery advertises a max of 20A, so it will be marginal if you ride fast and use the throttle. It will lead to shorter battery longevity, WOrse case, if it's too small, it will shut down when riding from voltage sag,

The two original batteries I had for my BBS02B were rated for 30A. They worked fine.

But if you're willing to hold your speeds down, stay under 500W, then this bottle battery will probably work.

I don't care about speed, but sometimes I need the torque to get me uphill, although I generally use only low or medium PAS levels. Will I get the torque as advertised with this battery (120Nm)? What do you mean with 'voltage sag' ?

An example of voltage sag is when the battery voltage to the controller, which is measuring the voiltage, drops 10 volts at full throttle.

Flash the opensource firmware from this forum!! and you will be able to drop the low voltage cut off and the max amp draw and you will have no issues with a bottle battery.

I've used a 36v battery with no issues! On a BBS02b 750w and you will get 35km/h out of the motor without frying the battery
18. max amp
28v lvc
And the pas setting with adjust with the max amp setting as it works from a percentage of the max amp draw.
This display allows for a very configurable system works with a range of voltage's and protocols

Doctor Keystroker: did you call the owners of Electrify Bike about their product for the BBS02? before this foolish drunken drooling drivel leapt from your fingers? Nay God Bless the Ignorant
