Despite battery being fully charged and bike won’t throttle. Don’t know what the issue can be! When I turn on the display everything looks fine but then the battery is empty and don’t show charge despite it having charge and being able to turn on

Need more info on your controller and display, but from the information provided, my guess is that the controller is set for a higher nominal voltage than the battery is providing (which is why the battery reading shows empty; the readout uses voltage to determine the charge level). Since the controller is set at a higher nominal voltage, the low voltage protection (LVC) circuit thinks it's protecting the battery from overdischarge by shutting off the power (no throttle response or power to the motor).

Installed a new battery and motor but when I turn my bike on it doesn’t want to throttle. I look at the display and it claims that buttery has no charge yet it is fully charged.

Either something is broken, or you hooked it up wrong.

Obviously.

but to get more specific help, you need to provide LOTS more information, and

be able, have the tools, be willing to be guided in the troubleshooting process by members able to put in the time helping you

What John said.

Are you sure your battery has the voltage that your controller expects?
