Thanks for the very informative post with lots of details to help diagnose your problem.

edit - What exactly do you have Ryon, is it a store bought ebike from say Walmart, or your local bicycle store. Is it an ebike you put together as a kit you purchased off ebay, or did you connect each part that you purchased each part separately.

Most likely something got wet. Things get wet. Things dry. Remove battery and any other easy to remove electric parts. Put bike in a heated indoor area. Blow a fan on it for a few days. If that don't work? Report back.

This is called doing the easiest thing first.

48v 16. 1000w. It's a pack I bought off internet that fitted to my bike. I've disconnected power to back wheel and if runs smoothly. The display all lights up and when I power up I can hear it at back wheel.just no power to spin it.

Could be the cheap connectors sellers of kits like to cheap out on to earn them more profit margin.
Could be a damaged wire, could even be a defective wire.
Could be the throttle not operating properly.
Could be a damaged controller.

Having a spare throttle helps in diagnosing issues but here is a website of a valued ebike vendor to help troubleshoot.

Testing a Throttle
Testing for a Defective Hall Sensor

When you say you can hear it at the back wheel, but it won't spin, what does it sound like? Sometimes if everything else seems good, but the wheel tries to move but stops, or buzzes, it can be water in the phase wire plug.

Does your motor have an external controller, or is it all inside?

Its bought from dillenger. I've left a message with them. Cheers for help. Il be back.

If you are going to ride all winter, you should clean and waterproof all connectors.

When you have a problem after the rain, it is because water got into some connector 95% of the time. The other 5% could be water inside the throttle, or inside the controller. In any case don’t insist, wait for it to dry. Applying full power in such situation could damage the controller.
