Your images only need to be ~800px wide x 600 tall... that will only require a few kb for the website to manage. You can use Irfanview to copy and resize.

Curious why you are swapping the ICE motor for such a small electric?
You have more than halved your speed by putting in a 250watt electric, your range will
also be waaaaay less than half what the 60cc would get you and forget about getting
over ANY hills with that without pedalling, hope Romania is flat country LoL...you would be
needing something around 850-1000watt to match the speed of
the ICE motor you have removed...

that 66cc motor it whouldn t get me over any hill,it was a heavy,leasy and made in china peas of junk.if you want it ill give it to you for free.the 250w motor it s in the begining,after that if i see that i need more power i whana pun one more 250w motor.2 motors of 250w and 9 gears it will give me a lot of torque.in this bike i am not interessed in speed.15-20 milles per hour it s good.what i am looking for is torque.i am from romania but for aboute 3 yaears i am in portugal-lisbon,and here i have a lot of hills soo...

Ahhh i see... a jackshaft (shift kit) would have been the best bet IMHO they are available from sickbikes.com the kits allow you to run the 66cc through your gears, my brothers uses one on his 48cc motored bicycle has HEAPS of torque.

You are going to be very disappointed with the torque of the 250watt running at 24 volts im afraid to say... TNC Scooters sell very cheap high watt brushed motors, i use one of their 1000watt models myself I would suggest getting one larger motor rather than adding another 250watt, but, each to their own...

p.s appreciate the offer on the motor but freight would be a killer im in Australia, that aside, i wouldnt put one of them china gurl two strokes on my own bicycle if you paid me loL they re definitely rubbish. ALOT better quality about i have my eye on

here in portugal i can use only an 250w motor.licence is needed for an powerfull one.if a use 36 v for this motor is it a problem?the motor is an 24v.or if i use 48v?

We are stuck with using 200watt 'Legally' in Australia ... simple way around it you have Photoshop LoL

200watt is pathetic and really rather pointless IMHO yes it is the law but laws were made to be broken right

We have 48cc motorised bicycles here also, they are FAR more powerful than
200watt but are allowed to ride about the place, doesn't seem far to me, 200watt V's 48cc
there simply no comparison in performance, my brothers ICE 48cc happily crusies at40-50km/hr
and isnt troubled by hills at all this simply isnt possible with a 200watt electric motor regardless
of how many gears you run it through it just doesn't have the 'oomph' ie. torque, they wouldnt
pull the skin off a custard tart ;-S

I have another friend with a moto identical to yours in his custom crusier-->

this thing PISSES it does 70km/hr with one speed, he has now 99% finished fitting the shift kit to it
along with a tuned pipe...alas...i don't think i will have the power to beat him anymore ...

UPGRADE time for me too LoL

p.s can't really help with the 36v 48v question buddy, i would guess 36 volt would be doable 48v probably pushing the limit of the motor though...perhaps someone else here will be of more help here...

i am buying it from someone from here,from portugal,an unsed one.it cost me 120 euros,2800rpm,26.7amp
is it inoff?
ill use a 9 speed gear weal.

Has close to the same specs as the motor i use mate (except mines 48volts) TNC Scooter charge $US77 (~€60) for the motor and $US28 (~€21)
for the speed controller so your getting a reasonable good deal once you add in freight you would be
paying close to the what TNC Scooters charge That motor will make your bicycle
FLY and hooked to gears there wont be a hill it wont climb..Checkout the last two videos
i have on youtube you will see how much torque these motors have, and mines in

Best of luck with fitting it, make sure the mounts are VERY solid, the torque of
the motor twisted my first mounts....

p.s make sure you get a suitable chain for the sprockets also...they use either #25 Alternatively TNC Scooters do sell a sprocket for these motors that works with your 'standard' bicycle chain...I have one myself but haven got to fitting it as yet

i think that when u are using the controler,it is allways at full throttel,so what is the point of the controler if the motor recives all the power he needs.i think that if you give it to him an 36v he is running whit 36v,if you give it to him 48v,he will run whit 48v.i am using a 9 speed cassete,if i want to go slow i put it in the biggest gear,and if i whant to go faster a increase the gear,so what is the point of the controler?does it protects somehow the motor,or what?if yes how is protecting it?
i whant to bye each month a set of 100 baterries a123 because i dont have all the money to buy them all in the same time.i watch a video from youtube,from a guy called luc and he has a 1000w 36v 3000rpm currie motor whit the same gears that i intend to do.he says that 36v its inoff for hes gear ratio.

The idea of a controller is to control/limit the maximum current (Amp) going to your motor, your idea of an ON/OFF switch will work well once you reach the speed required to match RPM... before that wiring it directly using a ON/OFF switch will pull huge amount of current a 0 RPM or LOW RPM....which will be way to aggresive to start slowly/normaly.

Then you need some other thing to limit the current. You will burn your motor or break something with just a switch.

Yes you need to use the controller buddy an on/off switch wont cut it, as HAL9000v2.0 says you WILL burn out your motor. You only need to plug the throttle into your controller, the "+" & "-" leads from the motor and the "+" & "-" battery and the 'key switch leads" if you dont have a key swotch simply join the wires or add a standard 'on off switch" the other leads aren't necessary they are for the electrics of the scooter such as lights, horn. indicators etc etc..Using a on/off switch aside from damaging your motor will get you in all sorts of trouble, i dont think you realize yet how powerful these motors are...
