BionX tail light 5 second flash

Hello All,

I have a strange problem. When the battery is installed it seems to wake by itself if the console is also installed. If the battery or the console is not installed the tail light will flash at a rate of about every five seconds and on for two. If the battery is awakened off the bike, i.e. A1-3 jumper, the tail light flashes at a rate of about every second for a second. What is going on here? Any ideas out there?

Interested to see if you resolved this. I have the self same issue, the LED tail light flashes intermittently every 5 seconds or so. My battery might be the cause, it is a 37v 6.4Ah pack and has very low charge about 300mA. I am about to have the cells replaced, so I will update here if that fixes it.
