Bosch powertube/powerpack BMS solutions

Hi,
Been searching for a while for solutions to Bosch BMS bricking itself. Does anyone have specific info on what conditions a Bosch powerpack/powertube will brick itself? Is it down to loss of main voltage, and at what voltage? or loss of a group of individual cells?

Finding this out myself could obviously prove costly, as Bosch BMSs aren't cheap given entire powerpack needs to be replaced.

It's only the Powertubes that brick themselves if removed from the voltage supply. The Powerpacks can be removed from the supply without that problem.

so you mean we can't change the cells?if change,the bms will locked?
