Hi,
I have a Kelly 6035s controller.
I just want that when I press the brakes, the engine stops.
I believe that is called Low brake.
I tried everything.
-Pin25 brake switch, together with 12v from pin11, and those connected to the red wire of the brake leveler. No success..With red and a ground, no succes. When I press the brake, the engine keeps going.
-pin 2 brake, low brake, fed by 5v from throttle, connected to red from brake leveler and also ground connected. No success.
When I measure pin 25 and pin11, it tells me 12v.
The Wheel is not spinning then, because brake is engaged.
So I think I am close. How can I put 12 v on that wires and not measure 12v? I don't understand.
Please tell me what wire to connect with what wire, so throttle stops when I brake.
It is working with every other controller, except Kelly. With other controllers I just need to wire the yellow and black, and it works straight away.
I like the Kelly controller, but if the bike keeps going when I brake, it is getting a little Dangerous.
Before, I could just barely hold it, I pressed the brakes but the bike kept going because Bassie was a little confused
Any advice is appreciated, but I would prefer a simple advice.. This color with that color, a "noob explanation", so for sure I won't miss anything
