414C7FAA-A1F9-4DF6-A227-39543DEED4E7.jpegHow can you have high motor current and lower battery current when running no load at like 95% duty cycle? So almost full pack voltage to the motor at such high duty cycle (won’t go over 95%), but the motor current still higher than battery by so much.

You probably see this because of the ripple current, so it averages out much higher as battery current. The lower the inductance of your motor, the higher it will be.
Regarding the step between 94 and 95% it might be just inaccuracy of current measurement as mentioned, or another reason could be that PWM frequency changes.
