Building or Buying a chopper... Help!

Hey Im new to the boards and ebike but love the idea of clean transportation.
I really like the idea of clean transportation while lookn bad ass on these choppers Ive seen heheh
I notice people are hot over the Giant Stiletto.
My question is,

whats the best place for me to buy something like that pre built?
Or is building it myself better?
Ive never built one obviously and so I have no experience. just with my own full suspension mountain bike.

Can you guys recommend any people or places that build and sells custom electric bikes?
Ive looked but havent found many and Im not sure whos reputable or not.

There aren't many "good" prebuilt bikes out there. If you want a chopper other than the Izip model, you're probably going to have build it your self. Its not all that hard with the various kits available, but you need enough mechanicle skils to be able to work on a Bicycle your self.

Depends on the chopper's frame. If the Biomix can fit in the dropouts or not. many chopper frames use oddball sized wheel hubs and rim sizes.

Ebikeswholesaler on Ebay sells a chopper bike. I don't know how it fits an adult though. Lots of folks sell chopper bikes, usually found with the beach cruisers online. It would be simple to put a 48v front hub on one. Or rear if it didn't have fatty tires there.
