There're a few mentions re Bultaco on ES, mostly about their old motorbikes (even this article refers to their new product as a "motorcycle").
From Pakistan:

I don't see any review, just manufacturer/etc stuff.

Where is your review?

The tiny picture in your post looks an awful lot like your avatar. What connection do you have with them?

No problem. I've moved it from Ebike Reviews and Testing over to EV General Discussion for you. :) (there isnt' any forum titled "EV News"). If you want it somewhere else, let me know.

I see only 1 post about Brinco without any photos , subject ;) It can be dominator like Stealth so hope that separate thread is suitable ;D

I am interested in details as I want to be Bultaco dealer in my country. The startup limited edition was launched without many details, it is amazing that over 140 people sent 1000 euro in advance, to make reservations, based only on rendered pictures and without a clear delivery time. This limited edition, the first 140-170 Brinco bikes will be delivered the next few weeks.
Real pictures started to roll out, real public testing, launching presentations and so on are happening as we speak. https://ibikes.wordpress.com/2015/06/09/bultaco-brinco/
It seems that they use Crystalite engines, like Stealth..

After 'limited edition' they will offer the same Brinco's but with different options of speed: pas system up to 25km/h, 45km/h and up to 60km/h

A short spanish review bellow. It seems that weight will be 38kg not 33k, i guess they will increase the battery from 1kwh to 1.3kwh to have better range.
A friend of mine built an e-bike in Austria, he says that real range in the mountains, light enduro use, is 4 times lower than the range advertised by diferent producers/sellers of ebikes/batteries.

Bultaco in newz again:
http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2015/06/22/134516-bultaco-brinco-new-paths.html

(Hard to believe the "auto" channel originally conceived to include bikes. But then, as noted by link above, it's a "new era".)
8)

Stuff like the Bultaco Brinco is "Apt for all types of riders." :)

Includes fun stuff like:
"My father always used to say that the ideal thing would be a motor with a constant torque, with the same response under any number of revolutions, for a motorcycle without gear shifts. And he would say: 'as if we had an electric motor'." Paco Bulto Jr

(Re battery "1.3 kWh - Lithium-Ion, highly durable - Removable and Portable")

Best shaped frame I've seen so far. I wonder how it does weight.

I am very tempted, for it has everything I need in a dirt ebike.
Rebuilt lighter with lots of power, this might compete with my bikes.

@Tumich: may I merge this thread with the other active thread on the topic?

sure :D

Wow this is really not very impressive.

For starters, power is too low. Power is low because it uses a crystalyte hs3548. Garbage.

Considering the power and speed is so low, the range is terrible!

The geometry is whack, look at the photos of people riding them around town, the stand over height is immense. Seat height is way too high unless their models are midgets.

It is heavy. My bike is 41kg but has 4x the power, double the quoted range and much more comfortable based on the photos. Perhaps less capable off-road, but that doesn't really seem like that's the point of this thing anyway.

You could build much better for the same money.

The death of stealth bikes and many other small batch E bikes this is only the start this is what E bikes are turning too all the Motor cycle companies are looking to produce some type of this , and when they do it will be so much better and far more cheaper then the stealth type small batch builders can produce it will put them out of business. If your HPC Stealth Rapture your days are numbered but for the rest of us its good news and only the beginning.

Hehe... Can you say "licensing"? Or "insurance"? Some may prefer "Motorcycle Lite" aka the "power-assisted bicycle", "electric pedal-assisted cycle", etc.

EDIT: PS... Being a North American Urban Guy, in local newz "Speed limits lowered to 30 km/h in parts of GTA":
http://www.canindia.com/2015/06/speed-limits-lowered-to-30-kmh-in-parts-of-gta/#

"... unanimous vote by Toronto and East York community council to lower the limit on residential streets to 30 km/h, down from 40."

Bet lotsa antique pedal-only poop-mobile bike folks can exceed 30 km/h w/out too much difficulty.

I always wanted a poweful and legal electric bike. The first thing I tried to do when I got my very first bike was look for insurance. I couldn't. ... And 25 km/h is just a bad joke I do not plan to laugh at. An electric motorcycle with removable battery, small weight and easy to store in a condo is a nice solution for me.

Sorry for breaking your dream, powerful and legal don't belong together when speaking of ebikes.
