Byd e6 2022 model main battery issue.

I have byd e6, some problem with battery.,if we chek manually, voltage is exactly 3.3 in each individual cells. Eventhogh main contactor will not enable. Vehicle was idle for 3 months. In every juction there are 12 cells.

But in scanner 9th and 11 th cells voltage reads wrong value.

What would be the problem. Any solition?

Note :we have replaced main bms, still problem persist

Do all cells measure the same at both ends of the sense wires?

If not, you may have broken sense wires causing the fault.


If everything measures correctly everywhere, then whatever is reading and processing the data from the BMS is probably incorrectly outputting the values from the BMS readings, probably a firmware problem.

Or perhaps once it detects a fault, it retains the last fault values until cleared by a factory or dealer service program.
