Can't find HV connector for motor phase wires

Hey there,
I've got an electric motorcycle build that I've been working on, and the motor & inverter I bought call for some Amphenol HVBI003R8AMH6-XXX connectors that I'm struggling to find with a minimum order quantity less than 98. Some distributers have the HVBI003R8AMH-XXX connector which is the same but without the m6 thread termination. I was hoping you guys might have some ideas on what I should do if I can't meet that minimum order quantity.
My first ideas (albeit very bad ideas) are to open the inverter & motor and break out the phase wires so I can add my own connector. Or to buy the connector without the thread and somehow modify it to fit the terminals.

Yep, here's a picture of the motor terminals - the manual for the motor, and the datasheet for the Amphenol connectors

I see search results for hollow m6 screws:

And could probably drill a non-hollow one out on a drill press.

Maybe you could thread a wire through, attach a matching bullet connector on the end, then screw it in? Repeat X3.

You could try contacting the manufacturer of the connector and ask for a sample? Or ask to order just 1 as a test sample from one of the distributors. Sometimes this works, but hey, only cost is an email.

My solution to BS connector problems is to amputate them and substitute something that works that I can get whenever I want.
