Chain gears?

I haven't done much research but you can always try mcmaster.com and modify the pulley. Harder if you don't have access to the tools. Maybe - http://www.electricscooterparts.com/sprockets8mmchain.html. You'd want one with a hub though and set screws best if you can have a keyway on it.

I use sdp-si.com for my chain drive. I'm currently using the #25 size ones. This is a link to the sprocket section https://sdp-si.com/eStore/CoverPg/Drive_Components.htm you'll want to get a hub sprocket for the motor. Use the metric if you want to find an 8mm bore size. Also the Metric and imperial #25's can be used interchangeably.

Drevious,

Awesome. I have ordered from sdi for my longboard gears, completely forgot. Do these look right? Do they come with two of the locking screw holes (keyways?)? The metal belt sprocket I ordered for the longboard has two which is perfect for drilling/tapping holes on the shaft for locking screws

I have used these people before, their catalogue has been very helpful in planning drive setups.
