Cheap Broker CHINA-CANADA (Lithium Battery)

I would like to know if someone knows a broker compagny that offer cheap shipping price and can ship Lithium Battery.
DHL, UPS and Fedex are too expensive or don't want to handle lithium battery.

I have ordered quite a few times batches of lithium batteries and individual cells from china to Montreal QC. There is no solution for air shipping these to canada. When I did have to use air, I ended up using TNT, one of the only ones left willing to bring in lithium via air to Canada, but you will pay a small fortune for it. You have to use sea shipping if you want cheap and no hassles over the lithium content. But then you will have to find yourself a company that will get it out of the local port for you. I ended up using a local broker that handled the all the hassle of getting it cleared out of the port.
