Hi, I have recently water-damaged my brand new Lyen controller (9 FET).
I am currently looking for some cheap (chinese) alternative that I could use during the winter and not worry about damaging it again.

Would controller like this work with 9c hub motor? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/48V-500W-Electrocar-Brushless-Motor-Controller-Aluminium-Slivery-/121345239759?hash=item1c40bd6acf:g:Q84AAOSwMmBVkdPw

Thank you!

I'm using a generic sunwinn controller like that that has worked flawlessly for about 9000 miles by now and had outlasted 3 different frames. Go for it...But get the 1000w..I mean, you don't HAVE to go full throttle, but it's nice when you want to. :p

Ps... mine is a 60v/1500 watt that I've been running at 72v since day one, and actually puts out about 3800 watts peak...not bad for about 60 bucks.

I'm using a BMSBattery KU123 controller, sensorless. Runs great.

How could I make this run if I have 3 connectors from battery?

Great news. I just bought both the 48v 800W and 48w 1500w Sunwin Controllers for destructive testing... so cheap
