Hello guys! I am new here but I hope that I will receive the help needed as you are a great comunity. Can you please tell me where I can find a very cheap 48v 1000w ebike kit along with a 48v lifepo4 battery pack? My budget is under $500 so I really appreciate your help. Do you know any shop in Europe? I think the shipping price will be smaller in this case as I am from Romania.

Thank you!

Welcome to the forum. Just a battery with enough power to handle the amperage needed for a 1000w kit will easily break your $500 budget.

With your budget, a 250w kit might be possible, if you are willing to take the lowest quality parts available. Try BMSbattery.com. they run some deal. a low powered motor won't destroy the low output batteries that will fit in your budget.

You don't have to think so much as it being budget busting as that it'll cost a little more than you'd hoped. At least you didn't say anything about 85km range. With a sub $300 kit and an under $400 battery you'll have things under control close to your price. Settle for 36v/800w at $200 and the battery under $300 and you can meet your budget. How important is the 1000w?

Its a BMSBattery - they are doing LiFePO4 cheap, so its less adequate than say Headway or A123. You get what you pay for.

Thank you all for your advices. I think I am gonna search for used ebikes so maybe I can find one in this budget.

Take a look at this site also as they sell batteries with Samsung and Panasonic Cells in their Pack for a decent price but they are in Europe and all the batteries ship from China.
