Hello so I just got a new shipment from ev3em battery , controller, you know all the goodies. So my question is I am using the cyclone 650- 1200 watt motor and have it all hooked up with with alligator clips. Its running in the right direction their as a little noise at first on the very low side of pulling the throttle and the cycle analyst says its pulling 3.5 amps then drops to 3.17 as the bearings warm up. I read somewhere on here( could not find it again) it should pull 2-3 amps no load. I've never re wired before and I thought I would ask anyways before I make a permenant connection to be on the safe side.

You didn't give much info

-controller rating, battery voltage ect.

But its sounds fine watch your amps and have fun!

Ya sorry was in a rush on the right up. Controller is 60 volt max 30 amp infineon 3077st. Battery in 50 volt 25 ah triangle pack.
I also just tried running the throttle/3 speed thru the controller instead of through the CAv3 It cut the amps to 1.5 :D
