Connecting sw 900 to sabvoton 7245

Hi, I am new to the group and trying to figure out a couple of things.First thing is trying to get my speedometer to work. Second is setting up the parameters for a 60 V. Battery on charge rate and cut of The controller is on all the time. The display does not turn the power on and off. It is also set up in 0. For direction but spins forward.

I wasn’t aware the SW900 was compatible with Sabvoton controllers.

The only displays I have seen used with Sabvoton are UKC1 displays and even they have different protocols from each other dependant upon which supplier was used.

So not even UKC1 displays are interchangeable, so it’s best to stick to a display supplied with the controller, so it is matched and has the correct protocol.

Do you have an orange ignition wire on your Sabvoton that you can connect to an independent switch, so you can turn it on and off?

I do have an Ignition wire It is jumped.. If I disconnec it , it erases all of my modified programming and sets it back to factory. I could hook up a switch to it but don't want to reset it every time. I turn it off.

And that would explain why the Display does not work with the controller

I do not really need the speed. It still gives me battery life. But not mileage I can probably live with that. I will just use my phone g.P.S

Did the display come with the controller? Do you have the ML7245, SVMC7245, or some other model?

The display did not come with it.And I believe it is a m l 7245
