Connection order Bestech PCM/BMS

Hello - I have a Bestech Power HCX-132D PCM/BMS . 10S5P Li pack.
Is there a right/wrong or best way to make the ORDER of connection.

i.e. Connector with 10 cell voltage sampling wires, then either P- or C- or B+
or
P-, C- B+ then connector with 10 cell voltage sampling wires ???

B-, then sampling wires (push in the connector first negative side), then (if exists) B+ and after that the rest.

I received this answer as well from Ada Li at Bestech. I'm waiting for a further explanation - maybe you can help.
I cannot find B32 on my BMS so very confusing in step 4.
Is there any BMS connection to B+ for power? other than the 10 individual cell connections?

"1)Connect the B- on battery cell to B- on PCM (16AWG black wire)
2) connect the connector to PCM from the lower to higher,
3) Connect the negative of load and charger to P- on PCM
4)Connect the positive of load and charger to B32 on PCM "

Also - how can I tell if BMS is working. When I hook up my charger (pack at 36.8V open circuit). Charger set to
41V, about 2.5A being charged. But not sure how to tell if any cell balancing is going on.
