If you haven't already, you can also attach the files directly to a post in the thread. It should take any PDF, unless it's too large, in which case you may have to use 7zip or similar to split it into chunks that the forum will take. That should ensure link rot doesn't make the info unavailable.

I would definitely add vesc controllers to the list. FOSS and can work great with ebikes, with some tweaks. VESC Project
Next to official shops, there are plenty of cheap chinese version, like flipsky you already listed, but also spintend and makerbase for some of the larger producers.
