I've been developing a full system for ebike,
consisting in controller, bms, charger.

The controller is micro based and can be used
to configure bms and charger to different
battery chem. and packs.
The system can communicate to the user
during the ordinary usage by bluetooth to
any bluetooth enabled device.

My aim would be to undisclose my design in
a techinical forum so that a community
could make it more and more valuable
and general.

Are there anyone here interested in
such a initiative, suggestions?

Regards,
gianstraccio.

So controller, BMS and charger for battery pack all in one box? Interesting to take this initiative, won't be cheap, and also will have to replace the entire system if it malfunctions. The bluetooth thing has been done before, but this all in one hardware hasn't, and would definitely be a first. Would be nice if this could all come in a compact form too, but can't ask for too much yet

No everything in one big block of hardware:
three distinct items, but aware of each other
and more of all flexible.

The controller is clever and can be configured
to control the charger when charging several
battery packs.

The bms can be scaled to deal with small
as well as big battery packs.

They are connected by an optoisolated bus.
currently the controller works since 20v to 100v.

It is still a row prototype, anyway:

Controller: up to 100v, 40A contninous, based on atmega64
microcontroller, wheight approx 0.3kg

Charger : max power 500watt, wheifght < 2kg
