Hi All,
Ebike noob here currently in process of transforming rack mount 4stroke ICE bike to a 1000W rear hub drive purchased from a forum member (who had himself got it from someone else). Goes very well :D but not much is known about the components.

Motor is 1000W, batts are 48V 20Ah li-ion and that's about all I know really. Now as a typical bloke, when you get something new you pull it apart to see what's inside :)

Pics below are of the controller and BMS attached to the batt pack. Any information regarding identification etc of either would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Glenn

Looks like a Cammy cc or V power HK battery. Hub looks like a golden motor, or very similar type from another factory.

The controller looks pretty high power for both the motor and the battery to me, probobally 36-72v operating range. It's the amperage of it that concerns me, if it's over 30 amps, it may be putting a pretty good strain on the battery.
