G’day, does anybody currently know if it’s possible how to remove the⚙️cog set, etc. from off an e-bike rear wheel conversion🏁kit to then be fitted in between the front end folks of a tricycle???

Hey if you can get yourself a 135mm wide fork ( yes, they exist ), it'll work just perfectly & be centered etc.

Anything else will probably involve machining the axle and spacers, kind of a pain in the ass.

I used a 135mm rear hub on the front of one of my bikes, using a 135mm fat bike fork.

One possible hitch is that most trikes use 1" steer tubes, and finding a 1" fat bike fork is going to be a difficult quest. You'll probably need to spread open a 1" fork from 100mm to 135mm and align the tips parallel to each other. A bike shop can do this if you can't or don't want to take it on.

Since rear wheels are generally preferred over front wheel hub drives, a local fb group or craigs list straight swap offer might be fruitful and bypass all the mechanical issues..?
