Converting 1018 Motor Shaft from 10mm to 20mm

I am interested in putting 2 freewheels on the 1018 motor. Problem is they do not make freewheels for 10mm shafts. I have found some shaft adapters but can't find the one needed. If it is possible, what is the best way to change the diameter of a motors shaft?

I doubt anything off the shelf is going to do it. You need to have a custom adapter machined up.

In addition to the adapter/extension, you will need support for the end of the extension.

It might be easier, cheaper and faster to use a jackshaft. You get more installation options too.

OK what is a jack shaft. I am going to be using the cyclone 650watt, so I no longer am needing to do this, but i would still like to know if It is possible.

fyi That roller clutch is designed to run on a hardened shaft.

Kaz... A jack shaft is what I have been recommending to you but calling it an intermediate shaft. It would work well for you if you need it.
